Ezan Vakti — Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Android app offered on Google Play as Ezan Vakti, Kıble Alarm and displayed on your device as Ezan Vakti. Package: com.onurduran.namaztakibi. Service provider and developer: Onur Duran — Duran Apps Studio. Contact: destek@duranapps.com.
1. What the app provides
The app provides prayer times, a countdown, Qibla direction, reminders, widgets and the worship tracking tools available in your version. Features such as location and calculation settings, personal dhikr, prayer and fasting records, Quran and translation reading tools and nearby mosque maps may vary by version, device and data availability. You do not need a Duran Apps website account to use the app.
2. Prayer times, Qibla and reminders
Prayer times depend on the selected location, time zone and calculation method and may differ from local timetables. Check your settings and compare with relevant local sources when needed. Device sensors and magnetic interference may affect the Qibla compass. Alarms, notifications and widgets depend on Android permissions, battery restrictions and device settings. Uninterrupted operation and identical results on every device are not promised.
3. Permissions and local records
You can manage location and notification permissions in device settings. Denying a permission may limit the related feature; manual location selection is available where offered by the app. Worship records and downloaded content are stored in the app's area on your device. Clearing data, uninstalling the app or changing devices may cause records to be lost. Consider your device and app settings when protecting your personal records.
4. Religious content and external services
Translations, verses, hadiths, names of Allah and worship guides are provided for information and personal use. Pay attention to sources, translations and school-of-law selections, and consult a qualified religious source if uncertain. External prayer-time, map and translation providers and services such as Google Maps have their own terms. Online features and new downloads depend on provider availability. Your mobile operator's data charges may apply.
5. Advertising and privacy
The app contains advertising. Use the controls offered by the app and device to manage advertising and permission preferences. Data processing, location use, local records and third-party providers are described in the Ezan Vakti Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these terms.
6. Appropriate use and content rights
Use the app lawfully and do not compromise service security or other users' access. App code, design and relevant trademarks belong to the developer or their respective rights holders. Maps, translations and other third-party content remain subject to their own licenses and source conditions. Access through the app does not automatically grant redistribution rights. Rights permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
7. Updates and support
The app and its features may change for security, bug fixes, operating-system compatibility or changes to data providers. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date; any legally required notices or consent will also apply. Contact destek@duranapps.com for issues, content corrections, data requests or complaints. Do not include passwords or unnecessary personal information in reports.
8. Your legal rights
These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, rights relating to defective services or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory provisions of applicable law govern liability and available remedies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally valid.
