Website privacy policy
Updated: 4 November 2026. This policy covers duranapps.com and its testing community. Mobile apps have separate privacy policies.
Information we process
We store name, email, a one-way password hash and, for Google sign-in, account ID and verified email. We never receive Google passwords or retain access tokens. We keep listings, images, device/language details, private feedback, evidence, points and audit records. Approved listings are public; emails and private evidence are not.
Purposes and access
Data supports account access, listings, testing, contributions and abuse prevention. Developers see applications and private feedback for their apps; admins access moderation and appeals. Essential session cookies are used; no third-party analytics or advertising cookies are added. Rate limiting uses an IP hash; hosting may retain technical logs.
Services, retention and security
Google sign-in, Play and Groups have their own terms. Email uses the configured service; images stay in private server storage, not a CDN. Account/listing data is kept while used. Verification links last 24 hours, reset links one hour. Maintenance removes expired tokens and audit logs over 30 days, subject to disputes or legal retention. Password hashing, access controls and form protection are used.
Choices and data requests
Edit your profile in the dashboard. Request access, copies, corrections or account deletion from your registered email. Identity verification may be required. Do not include others’ personal data in feedback.
